Preparation of nanoparticles (such as metal oxides, quantum dots, catalyst particles, etc.): Breaking agglomerates through high-pressure shearing to obtain nano-powders with uniform size and good dispersibility, and the process is mild, avoiding damage to the material structure caused by high temperature.

Synthesis of nanocomposites: Promote the uniform mixing of different phases (such as organic-inorganic phases) to form stable nanocomposite systems, which are used in fields such as coatings and catalyst carriers.

Ultra-fine grinding of chemical raw materials: Grinding inorganic salts (such as calcium carbonate, barium sulfate), metal powders (such as aluminum powder, copper powder), ceramic powders (such as alumina, zirconia) to ultra-fine grades to improve their dispersibility and activity in downstream products (such as coatings, ceramics, battery materials).

Processing of functional powders: For example, the ultra-fine grinding of catalyst carriers (molecular sieves, activated carbon) can increase the specific surface area and improve catalytic activity; after ultra-fine grinding of flame retardants (such as magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide), they can be more uniformly dispersed in polymers, enhancing the flame retardant effect.
